My journey into breathwork began after multiple traumatic work events and years of carrying a heavy "life bucket" filled with unaddressed stress and communication struggles. Breathwork became my lifeline, helping me heal without needing to verbalize my challenges—a powerful gift for someone who’s always found talking about problems tough.
